Trabzon Bread : Trabzon Bread is fameous not only in Trabzon city but also all over the country. The Bread is keeping freshness for a long time and then baking in stone bakes. Also known with its large size. Hence, it tastes different and very delicious.
Akçaabat Köftesi : Akçaabat which is district of Trabzon city is fameous for its “köfte” which is meatballs and it is well-known also all over the country. “Akçaabat köftesi” is different from other meatballs with the aspect of its size and taste.
Trabzon Pidesi (Flat Bread) : We service three types of “Trabzon Pidesi”. “Peynirli pide” is a kind of pizza which is made with a special bread and cheese and served with butter, another one “kıymalı pide” which is made with mince meat, and “kavurmalı pide” which is made roasted meat. And all of these “pides” are also baking in stone bake.
Piyaz : “Piyaz” is a special kind of Turkish Salad which is made with black eyed pea or white beans. It is normally dressed with olive oil as well as the lemon.
